How do I know the products are authentic?

Pollet only sources its products from the mints themselves or their direct representatives. All our products have stamps indicating metal, purity, and weight. Upon arrival at our vault, we inspect each item carefully to be sure that all our customers are purchasing only the highest quality products.

What are the accepted means of payment?

Products can be paid by cash (up to € 10.000) or by credit card.

What is your return policy?

You have 3 working days after the purchase to make the return, without having to justify the reasons.

Only if the returned product and its packaging are in their original condition, their full refund will be made by the same method of payment used for the purchase.

 

 

How can I order coins?

Andorra is a country with special taxation, which at the moment makes it difficult to ship items, especially to EU countries. The shipping of items of moderate value is not easy because the minimum costs remain quite high.

However, Pollet can ship items worth at least € 500. Please contact us by email.
